Meet Our Dandenong Director

Hi, my name is Kiralee, and I am very excited to be the Centre Director here at Whiz Kidz.
I have worked in the Early Childhood industry for 11 years, including the past 7 years in management roles. Starting my career as an educator and progressing into leadership has allowed me to develop a strong passion for supporting children, families, and educators while leading with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
I believe every child is unique and deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported in their learning journey. I am passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and a love for learning through meaningful play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration. I pride myself on being patient, warm, and approachable, and I value strong partnerships with families and educators to create the best outcomes for children.
As a leader, I strive to create a positive and supportive team culture where educators feel encouraged and empowered to grow professionally. Becoming a mother to my 2-year-old son has also strengthened my understanding of the importance of nurturing relationships and creating environments where children feel a true sense of belonging.
I look forward to getting to know all the children and families on a personal level and building strong relationships within the centre community. Please never hesitate to come and have a chat, my door is always open.
