Meet Our Baulkham Hills Director

As an early childhood educator, I have a passion for early childhood education and believe it is a crucial part of a child’s development. I believe play-based learning promotes a sense of agency, exploration and curiosity while building children’s current knowledge and enhances development in all areas as they learn and explore through play. Engaging learning environments and utilising the environment as a third teacher promotes child-led experiences as they engage in their interests and ensure children feel important. 

I believe a culture of inclusion and equality for all creates a welcoming and culturally safe environment for all children and families, regardless of ethnicity, culture, religion, or gender. Recognising that children and families are all unique creates a sense of belonging. Building strong relationships with children and families allows me to provide the best possible care for children through caring and holistic relationships.
