Meet Our Baulkham Hills Director

I believe every child is unique, capable and deserving of a childhood where they feel safe, valued, respected and truly heard. At the heart of my philosophy is a strong commitment to child safety, children’s rights and agency. I believe children should have a voice in their everyday experiences and be empowered to make choices, express their ideas and actively participate in their own learning.

I am passionate about creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child and family feels a genuine sense of belonging, and where individual cultures, backgrounds, strengths and interests are respected and celebrated. I value play-based learning, meaningful relationships and environments that encourage children to be curious, confident, independent and willing to explore and take appropriate risks.

I also believe that strong, respectful partnerships with families and positive relationships between children and educators are essential to achieving the best outcomes for every child. I strive to advocate for children, role-model safe and respectful practices, and create a culture where children’s wellbeing, happiness and best interests remain at the centre of everything we do.
