Terms and Conditions of
“Get 4 Weeks of FREE Childcare”
Promotion Period: The promotion is valid until 30 Sept 2025.
4 Weeks Free Offer: 4 Weeks Free is based on 4 weeks of the child’s regular booking schedule. For example, families who enroll for 3 days per week will receive 3 days per week free for 4 weeks.
Enrolment Requirements: To redeem the offer, families must sign up for a permanent booking of 2 or more days at Whiz Kidz Dandenong by the end of the promotional period. Families must continue their enrolment for at least 8 weeks (Minimum Term).
4 Weeks Free Application: The 4 Weeks Free will be applied on the 8th week of enrolment directly to the guardians Xplor account.
Account Status: The Family account is to be continuously paid and up to date as at the redemption date to be eligible.
Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers. If you are claiming the “Refer a Friend” Promotion, this offer can be used in place of the 4 Weeks Free for the new family only. This offer is not available if the family is currently receiving Additional Childcare Subsidy. This offer is only applicable for new family enrolments at Whiz Kidz Dandenong.
Non-Transferable: The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Notice Period: Parents wishing to discontinue care after completing the 8-week discount period are required to provide a minimum of 4 weeks written notice prior to their exit.
Cancellation Policy: If the enrolment is cancelled before the completion of the Minimum Term, the value of the 4 Weeks Free will be forfeited, and any outstanding balance will be due.
Availability: Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Centre. In this occurrence, any previously redeemed promotional offers remain valid and will be fulfilled and the removal would only affect new bookings that have not been processed.
Kindergarten Subsidy: Discount may affect Kindergarten Subsidy applied during the discount period.
How to Redeem: Family must mention the “4 Weeks Free Promotion” during the enrolment process to ensure the offer is applied to your account.
